We have created the conceptual and execution project for the interior and exterior design of a modern one-story villa intended for sale in Vodnjan. The design interpretation is inspired by the desire to achieve minimalism and uncluttered spaces through design solutions while emphasizing natural materials that form the core of the concept. Spatial relationships and connections within certain materials, along with a clear definition of the line that appears in both the interior and exterior, aim to achieve aesthetic unification of different architectural elements to create balance. A subtle play with stronger materials and wooden combinations that follow the base of stone, as well as breaking the monotony with occasional unexpected forms in colors and shapes, are some of the conceptual features that run through the project. The visualizations also showcase three different concepts for the living area. The architecture is by Mr. Šime Babin.
