  1. CONCEPTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT

 

PART 1

  • Analysis of the current situation with a detailed needs assessment in consultation with the client and, if necessary, space measurement.
  • Two to three conceptual layout options with furniture arrangements (indicating furniture dimensions and carpentry elements), including a functional layout plan for optimal space utilization.
  • Development of Specific Spatial Sections. This includes creating several characteristic views (e.g., kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, etc.) and offering several conceptual carpentry or ready-made solutions (e.g., wardrobes, solutions above and beside beds, kitchen elements, shelves, TV units, etc.) to provide the client with a clearer understanding of layout options. These views include dimensions of height, width, and length of elements.
  • Preparation of two to three different stylistic and color variations alongside the creation of views to define the style and ambiance of the space.
  • The views are produced as detailed high-resolution 3D visualizations (renders).

 

PART 2

  • Detailed elaboration of the selected conceptual solution.
  • Plans for demolishing and constructing new walls (if necessary).
  • Completion of remaining 3D visualizations (renders).
  • Selection of flooring and wall coverings for each room, along with color choices.
  • Selection of furniture, equipment, sanitary ware, lighting, and decorations.
  • Supplier list aligned with the project (including furniture and equipment catalogs or tables, contact addresses, and web links).
  • Conceptual solution and positioning of main lighting fixtures in each room, along with a list of electronic devices and water points.
  • Individualized approach with a focus on quality, balancing project attractiveness with the defined investment budget to achieve optimal solutions.

 

  1. IMPLEMENTATION INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT

 

  • Plans for positioning and laying flooring and wall coverings (basic and/or decorative).
  • Drawings for carpentry and other necessary works (excluding installation projects prepared by civil, electrical, or mechanical engineers, which are contracted and charged separately). The CTI team includes interior designers, a civil engineer, a licensed architect, and a licensed structural engineer.
  • Detailed workshop drawings for custom-made furniture pieces.
  • Procurement and detailed analysis of offers aligned with the project, in coordination with the investor, for custom-made elements (from our renowned collaborators).
  • Preparation of a presentation video of the object, including animated renders.
  • Gathering and forwarding offers for selected furniture, flooring and wall coverings, equipment, sanitary ware, lighting, and decorations; overseeing payments and coordinating delivery and installation.
  • Direct consultation with the designer via phone or video calls to resolve doubts during the implementation phase on-site.
  • Up to 5 site visits to address ongoing questions about project implementation (the number of visits included in the package depends on the project’s size and complexity and is specified in the individual offer for each project).

 

  1. PROJECT MONITORING AND CONSULTATION (IMPLEMENTATION SUPERVISION)

 

  • Supervision and coordination of interior works once initiated.
  • Recommendations for contractors.
  • Consultation on selecting materials and services.
  • Coordination and control of contractors, setting priorities, and scheduling tasks.
  • Monitoring the budget and planned expenditures.
  • Regular updates to the investor on the progress of implementation phases.

 

  1. LANDSCAPING

 

  • Defining the layout solution by functional and visual zones.
  • Detailed development of specific functional zones planned by the project (e.g., summer kitchen, garden, lounge, entertainment and sports areas, pools, saunas, hydro-massage solutions, etc.).
  • Development of structures, canopies, fences, and custom-made furniture through technical drawings and sketches.
  • Creation of 3D visualizations (renders) of the building and the entire environment.
  • Selection of materials for paths, pools, and beach areas, and facade color choices.
  • Spatial arrangement of plants (planting plan) with specifications and quantities of plant species and varieties suitable for the climate and design.
  • Conceptual solution for outdoor lighting.
  • Professional exterior photography (arranged separately, depending on the project’s needs).

 

Note: Exterior design services can only be contracted alongside one of the interior design packages (conceptual interior design project or conceptual + execution project package).

 

  1. CREATION OF ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPTUAL SOLUTIONS WITH FLOOR PLANS (PRE-ARCHITECT AND CONSTRUCTION PERMIT DOCUMENTATION PHASE):

 

  • Defining the task, analysis, and functions of the building
  • Creation of 2-3 variants of floor plans for basic spatial and design solutions with furniture layout and necessary equipment
  • Positioning the building on the plot
  • Creation of a minimum of 5 photorealistic 3D visualizations (renders) of the building’s exterior appearance and basic surroundings
  • Alignment of solutions with the investor according to needs and preferences (online or at our office)
  • The CTI team includes interior designers, civil engineers, licensed architects, and licensed structural engineers, so that in the initial stage of conceptual solution development, we align and check mutual requirements

Note: Contracting the landscaping service is possible only in combination with one of the interior design packages (conceptual interior design project or conceptual project + implementation project).
